Evangelism is a Command: The Parable of The Great Banquet – Tim Conway

In Luke 24, Jesus gives a parable of a great banquet where servants are commanded to ‘go’ and tell those in the highways and byways to ‘come’. We often see the parable as an example of how the lost make excuses to not come to Christ, but we can overlook these commands and miss the excuses of the servants. Questions to consider from the sermon: – Who are qualified to be servants? – What are some reasons Christian’s don’t obey the command to ‘go’? – Are you willing to lose your life for the sake of the gospel?
